How much time do I need to commit?
You will get out of this what you put into it. This is your opportunity to show up for yourself and claim your healing. The thing is, it doesn’t have to take up all your time! That’s the beauty of how I’ve created this program. If you can tune into the modules a few times a week you will see results. Even if you just show up to the live calls you will see results. There are bite sized 5 minute practices all the way up to 40 minute practices, and the material is offered as video, audio, pdf and journal prompts, so you have various channels to receive the information in the way that resonates most.
What happens if I can’t get to the material due to a busy schedule/procrastination/etc.?
Then you will see that you are still loved, still accepted and still welcomed, even if you “haven’t done your homework.” As long as you stay in communication I can help you break through the mindset blocks that keep you in a loop of self-sabotage. Keep in mind that this is ultimately a self-paced course and you have an entire month to go through the material for each module. Our scheduled group calls are also there to help you stay focused and on track. Everything is recorded and you are welcome to join live or watch the replay.
I already did the Beta version, why would I want to do this one?
This material is like one of those special books that takes you deeper every time you read it. You’ll get to go through all the new material with a dedicated group of sisters, and benefit from all the live workshops and coaching calls. Is there a payment plan?
Yes! And no you do not have to pay a ton more. I don’t believe in penalties for needing a payment plan :) There are admin fees for every transaction, those are the only extra costs. Payment plans are also flexible, so send me an email and let’s talk.

How long do I have them for?
I have an online studio that once you enroll, you will gain access to it. You can bookmark that page in your browser and return to it when you need. You will also receive emails straight to your inbox once a week with the links you need and reminders for our live calls and workshops. All video lessons and live-streams will happen within my online studio, which you will have 24/7 access to for the 4 months of our journey.
